Shark Attacks in Australia
Did you know that shark attacks in Australia are not that uncommon. On average there are 15 shark attacks a year in Australian waters but only one of them is a fatal attack.

The news currently is the very unusual fact of 3 shark attacks occurring in 24hrs. This has caused great concern to the average Australian on whether swimming at the beach is a good idea.
The safest places to swim are where there are shark nets and regular patrols  looking for sharks . It has been said that it is much more dangerous to drive to the beach then actually swimming  in the sea . It is however making me think very hard on whether I will actually go for a swim in the sea when we go on holidays to Australia at Easter time.

I do think though it is not the sharks fault it is only doing what comes natural and we are playing in its  habitat. As such I do not agree on hunting the sharks but we as humans should make more beaches safer by installing shark nets to keep them out.

The china trip was fantastic.  I know its a little late to do a post on the china trip but i have been busy.  I loved it so much from the shopping to cormorant fishing in the dark.  We did shopping,climbing up moon hill,battery cars,cormorant fishing,fan factory,ancient villages,caves,to the disco.  It was my first time being on an aeroplane with out my mum or dad.  I bought loads of presents for everyone in my family and some for myself.  It was so cheep but you had to bargain a lot, evrey day I made myself only spend up to 40 yuan a day so i would bargain a lot.  the caves were fantastic they had lights inside and they were huge and evrey were you went there was some sort of picture like a mountain or a rose.  I’m so sad that it is over, but i did miss my mum a lot.

Hi its TRuthandhonour and i want to tell you about my fantastic holiday. Well on day one me and my family went to Macao we stayed at the venetian hotel and the rooms were so cool well they were suites then we went to the pool and we saw my gymnastics teacher there it was so funny!  we met up with some friends. After swimming we went out for dinner at Fanando’s the food was yummy there. The next day was practically the same hang around the pool but then we played golf it was a miracle because a hole 18 hole course was on one floor it was so cool my dad came first but i new he would because he is really good at it but i came 2nd place we did all holes it was tiring but fun.  It was quite late when we finished golf so we got ready and went out for dinner at the blue frog.  in the morning we had breakfast at the blue frog to it was nice. day 3 was the day we had to goe home but first we stayed the pool until lunch time at about 1:00 then we had lunch in the shopping mall inside the hotel and it looked like you were outside because the roof was painted sky couler with clouds and it looked so real.  After lunch we went shopping i bought a top and a cardigan and i also bought some prestants for my familey for there birthdays it was fun.  After that we got on the macou ferry to hong kong then we got on the db ferry and went home it was around 8:30 so we had to go to bed.  on Thursday I had to go to macow again to see circus de sulay for those who dont know what that is it is an amazing circus. I went with one of my best freinds and her mum it was in the venishian.   We had lunch then we went to watch it it was brilliant.  after the show finished we went back home i had a sleepover with her it was great.  On friday we didnt rteally do any thing but then one of my freinds wanted a sleepover so i went it was cool that night we went to see a movie.  The next day we went swimming it was really fun because there was a slide.  On sunday my mum took me and a my two sisters to see high school musical 3  i really liked the songs and the story it was a great movie. when we got home it was late so we had dinner and went to bed I wasnt sleepy because i didnt want the fun to be over and there was school the next day.  I had a fantastic holiday I hope you did to

Amy didn’t care one bit that her eyes were watering while she was pealing onions, and that her parents were dead, and that she was living in a orphanage with no Friends at all. .
“What are we having for lunch miss Baily” ,Amy muttered. “Well since you’ve asked your not getting any’ miss Baily pronounced. Amy was used to the meanness that went on at the orphanage . it was Amy’s birthday the next day but she had nothing to do. she was turning 16 that’s when you leave the the orphanage to get a job and grow up to an adult.
miss Baily had booked Amy in to a fish market that really wasn’t what Amy wanted to do. Amy wanted to be a famous singer. After Amy said good bye to the people in the orphanage Amy gathered her stuff from her room and headed for the door she slipped on her silky blue cape and walked of. Amy got to 2 signs one said fish market and the other said Paris. Amy’s mind whizzed with excitement.she turned to the right the way of Paris and hurried of she remembered that she had 50 $ she could get a hotel for a week.so she went to the hotel and booked her self in.
The next morning Amy found a great spot to sit and sing a song.her favourite song Amy put a blanket down and sang. after Amy sang every one cheered then a girl came and and put some money on her blanket “Who are you,”Amy said
“My name is Madison,” she replied “why you’ve got the same me as the princess” Amy said, Madison flipped back her cape and Madison was the princess of Paris.
“I am so sorry your Majesty,” Amy curtsied
“Call me Maddy she said.
“Would you like to come to the palace today”
“But i have nothing to were,” Amy said
“You don’t need that you wait till you see my wardrobe i will give you some of mine.
” Maddie explained. Maddie and Amy went home together they became quite good Friends. When Maddie got into her pajamas Amy noticed that she couldn’t find her way back to the hotel in the dark but Maddie showed her for next time it was to late to go home now so they they had a sleepover. After a while Maddy started to notice that Amy and her looked so alike Maddy started to get worried she had all ways wondered if she had a twin sister Maddy went to bed but she was twisting and turning all night.

When they woke up they had a royal breakfast Amy found it amazing.That day they went to the park they got the news paper and it said that girl is trying to steal the princesses royal items. Maddie stared at Amy for a moment and walked away Amy burst in to tears
“what has happened” she sulked , “I’m not going to do that to the princess,”. “I really think that I am her sister.
Amy walked miles to get back to the hotel but when she got there she went to sleep she was half a sleep all night twisting and turning and thinking all night about what had happen and how much fun they had it just got ruined.

The next day Maddy came walking along the street and found she really thought that Amy was her Friend and maybe her sister she new that she wouldn’t do anything like that. Maddie found Amy’s hotel room and went in Mady sat next to Amy. Amy was crying
“Come to my house again and we will talk and you can have a sleep over again.” Maddie exclaimed As Maddie started to dose of to sleep Amy got out of bed and crept down stairs to get some water but then she saw a glittering light in the distance she was tempted to look at it it shimmered like thousand diamonds Amy ran to the big brown item leaning against the wall with great poise it was a chest and the chest was a necklace locket and in side the Locket was ….
“Amy what on earth are you doing” shouted Maddie
”Er nothing Amy said,”trying to close the chest behind her back
”I was just getting a drink” explained Amy
”Would you like me to get it,” said Maddie
“No its OK Maddy”Amy said
“No i will its OK “. As Maddie walked past Amy hid the box in her pocket. Was she really going to steal the royal families items? The next morning the girls went to the shopping centre by them self’s, they bought some great clothes. But then something fell out of Amy’s pocket Maddy picked it up slowly
“this is the royals diamond crystal necklace box”said Maddie that moment Maddie looked grim. Amy came running over “I borrowed i did i am not lying,” Amy cried. you stole it you stole it i trust you any more i am sorry. Maddy ran of in tears Amy cried we’re could she stay now she couldn’t go to the hotel. Amy thought about what she had done she found a little bed and breakfast home for free it wasn’t very nice but it did the job for Amy she got in to the solid bed and went to sleep. She woke up the next day feeling rather sleepy she was about to go the palace to apologise to the royal family when she was washing in the bathroom she saw that she had a birth mark that shed never seen before it was shaped as a crown as she was looking at it closely when someone knocked on the door Amy went to get it was Maddy
“I came to see you” she said
“Yes come in ” Amy said
“I want to show yo something,” Maddie said
“You know that box you found at the palace look in side the locket of the necklace there is a picture” Amy looked in side it was a picture of Amy when she was little Amy didn’t know what to say she was shocked
“So i i i am your sister”
“Well i don’t know yet but because i don’t know if you have royal birth mark
”You mean this one” ,Amy answered. Amy showed her the unusual crown birth mark to Maddie Maddie went blank
” You are my sister”she smiled
“Really I’m your sister”.she cheered.
They went to the palace together and Amy was named after the princess and from that day on life was perfect.
